The Product Operations team at Lime oversees the successful rollout of new and existing product offerings, and creates feedback loops for internal and external stakeholders in order to gather data to iterate and improve our product.
As the Head of Product Operations, you will work directly with Product, Engineering and Operations professionals to ensure the products we build delight our customers, improve our internal efficiency, and move the business forward. In this role, you will oversee, coach and advise Product Operations Managers who support several different product teams.

What You'll Do
- Advance the strategy and execution of the Product Operations team, partnering with Product, Engineering and business teams to ensure we release the best quality and most impactful products
- Leverage data sets to better understand business impact, steer customer experience and streamline existing product execution
- Understand how the Product Operations and product and engineering teams can help drive our mission through collaboration
- Utilize and implement KPIs, processes, and metrics to drive clear successful business functions
- Be a leader, mentor, and advocate for your team, driving both personal and professional growth
About You
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in operations, analytics, or strategy
- 4+ years of people management experience
- A structured and detail-oriented thinker. You’re as comfortable solving conceptual problems and creating frameworks to refine a team’s thinking as you are getting into the weeds to understand how things work.
- Comfortable with every level of communication, you can be relatable while still delivering an executive presence
- Strong technical background
- Entrepreneurial self-starter. You thrive in a fast-moving environment and are independently capable of seeking information, corralling resources, and delivering results without waiting for direction.
- Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
