Lime is a smart-mobility provider that offers cities an array of mobility products including Lime-E e-assist bicycles and Lime-S electric scooters. The Product Operations team at Lime ensures the successful deployment of new product offerings to our global markets across the world. The team facilitates the implementation and support of these features, ensuring a tight feedback loop between our Local Operations team and Product team. We are looking for someone to be responsible for the suite of features designed to meet the evolving requirements of local governments. You will partner with our Local Operations teams to identify and implement the best product solutions for the specific needs of our markets.

What You'll Do
- Partner with Local Operations teams to implement and test our next generation of vehicles, evaluating their success prior to wider rollouts
- Gather insights and advocate for hardware enhancements and new product development
- Utilize product knowledge to serve as the team's subject matter expert across our hardware lines
- Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation, guidelines and best practices for how local teams can maintain their fleets to optimize their lifespan
- Maintain regular communications with core groups from all throughout Lime to ensure visibility across the org
- Triage issues and escalate them to our hardware and manufacturing teams
About You
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar technical field
- 4-5 years experience in Product Operations, Operations, Business Consulting or a similar role ideally in a startup or similar environment
- Excellent communication with the ability to engage and align internal stakeholders
- Analytical expertise along with experience leveraging data to inform and support critical decisions
- Ability to be autonomous with great time management and prioritization skills
- A strong desire to learn new technology and develop technical expertise
