Lime is a smart-mobility provider that offers cities an array of mobility products including Lime-E e-assist bicycles and Lime-S electric scooters. Lime aims to revolutionize mobility in cities and campuses by empowering residents with cleaner, more efficient, and affordable transportation options that improve urban sustainability.

 

Juicers, who are Lime’s fleet of Independent Contractors, charge our scooters on a nightly basis by picking them up and taking them home. We have Juicers on 5 continents and 70+ cities. We need to onboard and retain Juicers and have a team in San Francisco that manages the entire end-to-end Juicer lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Manage a team of 10+ Central Juicer Operations employees who work on making the Juicer lifecycle more efficient.
• Ensure the completion of charging all scooters through the Juicer marketplace.
• Create, track and ensure growth & cost KPIs are met.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (legal, tax, support etc.) on Juicer related matters.
• Work closely with the product team to ensure the correct features are built within the Juicer app.
• Create the proper organizational design to support the proper feedback channels between local markets and the central Juicer org.

자격 요건 (About You)

About You

• Minimum 10 years experience in operations, business consulting, finance or similar analytical role
• Experience in a startup or high-growth technology company that has rapidly scaled
• At least 6 years of people management experience
• Strong understanding of operational and growth concepts
• Excellent communication, the ability to engage internal and external customers
• Deep understanding of the user experience
• Ability to leverage data to inform and support critical decisions
• Strategic alignment, able to bring key stakeholders across functions together
• A desire to learn, highly motivated self-starter, with an eagerness to learn and grow
• Ability to foster collaboration and facilitate teamwork
