Equipped with vision, resources, and a world-class product, we are seeking a Senior Brand Designer. You will partner closely with stakeholders on our Brand, Content and Community teams to concept and execute design across all brand channels.
You are a solid conceptual thinker who can start out a project with a clear objective in mind and support it with design through execution. This is a unique opportunity to mold the visual brand of a global category leader, and to work with a team of passionate, savvy, wonderful, humble humans.

What You'll Do
- Lead the design of high-profile global and local campaigns and experiences across digital and physical channels
- Develop and evolve style guides to inspire creatives and non-creatives across the org
- Provide clear guidance and direction for junior and outside designers across the globe to create within cohesive brand system
- Leverage insights to inspire design thinking
- Help brainstorm creative concepts that communicate Lime’s brand narrative
- Positively influence brand perception and conversations through outstanding design
- Account for cultural and otherwise local design nuances of a global brand
- Apply a visual brand design filter to complex subjects and messages
- Ensure brand guidelines and tenants are followed and cross-functionally support through inspired examples
자격 요건 (About You)
시니어 브랜드 디자이너로서의 자격 요건에 대해서 언급하고 있습니다.
About You
- 2+ years management and leadership experience
- 5+ years of design experience (agency or in-house)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field
- A solid background and understanding of visual design and systems
- Strong design skills and with a strong sense of typography, color, composition
- Excellent creative problem-solving skills as well as an understanding of design thinking
- Ability to concept and storyboard ideas to execute designs that help communicate ideas clearly and effectively
- Track record of pushing brand boundaries
- Knowledge and experience in print and digital design/production
- Understanding the capabilities of company technologies
- Great attention to detail
- Adept in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch/Figma
- Photography skills a plus
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript a plus
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing a plus
- Have a great attitude, a lack of ego, and proactive/growth mindset
- Experience balancing global brand elements with local relevance a plus
- Experience managing in a creative environment a plus
- An online portfolio
