We are seeking for a talented senior logistics analyst to join our logistics team in Hayward, CA location. This individual will work closely with teams within supply chain departments and other business unit; handling special projects, supporting team members with their challenges, needs to have excellent problem solving and communication skills. The support will extend to the operations, inventory control, working procedure improvement, and quarterly performance review.

What You'll Do
- Work to understand and improve existing logistics processes at Lime
- Develop, implement and maintain databases with applicable logistics and inventory information
- Interpret data to identify gaps, and recommend changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop, implement and maintain models, such as cost estimating and route optimization
- Co-develop route guides based on criteria such as transportation costs and service levels
- Maintain and publish periodic logistics performance reports to Lime’s management team
- Work with Lime’s finance team on budgeting and gap analysis
- Validate invoices, cost capturing and reporting
- Track KPI’s and other periodic reports on performance
- Draft and maintain logistics processes, benchmarking against industry standards and trends
- Other related tasks as assigned
자격 요건 (About You)
시니어 운송 분석가로서의 자격 요건에 대해서 언급하고 있습니다.
About You
- 5+ years supply chain, logistics, data science or analytical experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong logical thinking, verbal, and quantitative reasoning, along with the ability to zoom out, understand the ‘big picture’ and see patterns
- Ability to collaborate in a high-tempo cross-functional environment
- Experience in identifying improvements in process areas, and in assisting with implementing improvements
- Proficiency in Excel, Asana, Jira and other database system required
- Strong attention to detail
- Functional Mandarin is a plus, but not required
