Lime is a smart-mobility provider that offers cities an array of mobility products including Lime-S electric scooters. Lime aims to revolutionize mobility in cities and campuses by empowering residents with cleaner, more efficient, and affordable transportation options that improve urban sustainability.
We are seeking a long term contractor to join our Procurement team at Lime, working within our supply chain and logistics at our warehouse in Hayward, CA.
Please note before applying, that this is a long term contract role.
What You'll Do
- Generate and place purchase orders to support sourcing activities for Engineering, Operations, Warehouses, Marketing and IT
- Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and ensure cost effectiveness in terms of product quality, pricing and lead time
- Process invoices with accounts payable and assist in reports
- Coordinate credits, refund and claims as needed
- Interface with leaders across multi departments when necessary, to gauge and improve effectiveness of support and services
- Work on cost reduction projects
- Support new projects by finding sources for new purchased components
자격 요건 (About You)
조달 전문가로서의 자격 요건에 대해서 언급하고 있습니다.
About You
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain management
- Proficient in understanding a complex MRP/ERP system
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of internal staff and vendors
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business or management (Masters degree preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred
- Prior experience with Coupa or SAP is ideal
- Proficient in writing and understanding contracts such as non-disclosure agreements and long term agreements
- Experience working in a manufacturing or maintenance environment is preferred
- Previous experience with Quality Systems (ISO9000, AS9100, FAA Part 21, TS16949, etc.)
