We are looking for a Global Hubs Manager to lead our global hubs operations. You will lead day-to-day operations along with an international staff. Responsible for ensuring hub management performance and efficiencies for multiple projects with fulfillment priorities, you may also lead administrative employees and functions and ensure administrative processes are compliant with Lime's logistics policies and procedures and governmental regulations. You can quickly grasp the supply chain and coordinate effectively.

What You'll Do

• Lead global hubs fulfillment levels and international in-bond/out-bond activities and hubs management projects
• Hire and lead an international team
• Allocate and allocate resources to keep up with ever-changing needs
• Collaborate and negotiate with diverse teams and partners
• Investigate, resolve and/or escalate customer service issues as needed
• Develop hubs management opportunities by standardizing processes and procedures while analyzing logistical problems to producing new solutions
• Continually improve and develop global hubs management performance and set KPIs
• Implement and manage staff training issues to ensure hubs health and safety procedures and meet compliances
• Implement a hubs warehouse inventory systems and control process and in an effort to minimize operational cost and maximize operational quality, including tracking and administration of logistics activities and hubs operation performance

자격 요건 (About You)

글로벌 허브 관리자로서의 자격 요건에 대해서 언급하고 있습니다.

About You

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience managing warehouses, inventory, personnel and facility maintenance
• Exposure to all aspects of distribution operations
• Ability to maintain a working knowledge of relevant technology-based projects
• Familiar With ERP, WMS and Microsoft/Google suite 
• Hands on experience in warehouse procedures and system implementations
• Ability to build professional rapport, effectively lead a team and positively influence diverse groups
• Problem solver with a “can do attitude”. Ability to inspire a shared vision and empower and motivate a team
• Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines 
• Ability to apply sound business judgment to establish and accomplish goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Available to travel up to 15%
