What You'll Do

• Lead teams of technical recruiters and sourcers in the Bay Area and Shenzhen, China
• Lead recruiting for all of our engineering, product, data, design, IT and hardware teams in the Bay Area and China
• Develop and operationalize innovative technical recruiting strategies
• Analyze data in order to modify and design strategies
• Develop recruiting requirements by studying department plans and objectives
• Partner with our executive team to understand and achieve staffing goals
• Collaborate with our Total Rewards team on compensation strategies

About You

• 10+ years experience growing and managing technical recruiting teams
• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels
• Prior experience in a fast-growing, dynamic start up
• Excellent organization skills and have self-starter mentality
• Creative mindset and a sense of “hustle”
• Ability to thrive and be able to prioritize in a constantly changing environment
