We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to play a lead role supporting our rapidly expanding organization. You are a skilled individual who is a natural bridge-builder and sage counsel. You are a trusted adviser across all levels within the organization. This role will collaborate with the business units to apply knowledge and HR management principles to establish rapport, trust, confidence and credibility with management and employees.

What You'll Do
- Provide strategic guidance to management and employees across a wide-range of HR matters spanning the full employee life-cycle.
- Serve as a thought partner to the business and within the HR team on a variety of strategies and programs including performance management, organizational design, succession planning, and talent reviews
- Be proactive in translating business needs into HR solutions
- Lead and support the execution of HR programs, tools, metrics and analytics
- Manage employee relations issues and conduct effective, objective investigations
- Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., compensation review, organizational change, performance management, training)
- Significant hands-on involvement in daily HR activity
자격 요건 (About You)

About You
- 8+ years of HR experience
- Strong analytical background, must have experience with using data to influence and inform decision making
- Background working within a rapidly growing global organization
- Ability to manage complex projects across multiple departments, sometimes with very short timelines
- Great business acumen and spreadsheet capability
- Google Docs proficiency
- Team player who can also function as a proactive individual
- Excellent people skills; transparent, direct, respectful interface
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solver
