We are looking for a Lead Mechanic to lead the Atlanta area repair, assembly, quality assurance, and maintenance of our bikes and scooters. You will collaborate with a dynamic group of individuals from a variety of departments to ensure that our scooters and bikes are fulfilling their purpose in improving the lives of their users. You will get to hire and lead a team of talented individuals, while defining the standards and processes for our operations teams.

What You'll Do
- Hire, train, and lead the local repair crew
- Track and report all information tied to repair operations
- Communicate with software, and hardware organizations to ensure timely conflict resolution
- Provide hardware design feedback and bring up quality control issues
- Manage potential urgent crises for daily infrastructure operations
About You
- Experienced team leader/supervisor
- A teammate player who is driven by integrity
- You are down-to-earth, great when it comes to paying attention to detail, and quick in decision-making
- Analytical and logical thinker
- Good communication and people skills
- Ability to travel
