Lime Regional Operations Managers (ROM) are strategic, organized and data-driven. Your role is to help us develop best practices, scale new processes, support markets in implementing new initiatives, and drive innovation in our operations. You'll be responsible for developing data-driven insights, translating those into new initiatives, and managing the execution to relentlessly improve the heart of our operations business: our warehouses. You’ll work closely with Local Operations, Product Operations, and Strategy & Planning to launch your projects and drive them to completion.

What You'll Do
- Work with general managers and operations to managers to continuously improve and optimize our in-warehouse processes at each stage of vehicle repair
- Spot patterns, process optimizations, and innovations across our region.
- You will support the launch team’s efforts around recruiting, operations, warehouse setup, and fleet scaling
- Conduct market visits across the region working with local teams to ensure they are performing at an optimal level of safety, quality and efficiency
- Make recommendations to our hardware and software product operations to improve how app and hardware repair flows
- Plan, execute, and exceed quarterly goals on our in-warehouse operations
- You want to make the Lime experience as positive as it can possibly be for our riders, mechanics, and stakeholders
자격 요건 (About You)

About You
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills
- 3-5 years of demonstrated success in operations, process optimization, investment banking, consulting, or technology strategy. Startup experience a plus
- Proficiency in spreadsheets required, SQL a plus. You will need to quantify where the biggest areas of improvement are and how much a new process will improve
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills to help you get teams aligned on your recommendations
- You are comfortable driving and executing recommendations to completion
- You have experience managing complex projects, partnering and influencing cross-functional teams
- You have experience in helping companies identify process improvements or cost savings and driving those to action
- Up to 50% travel required
