We are looking for a Regional Operations Lead who has a strong leadership and strategic mindset to scale our most impactful processes and initiatives from HQ to local markets. You'll lead a team of Project Managers and Regional Operations Managers to own the regional high-level strategy as well as inter-market dynamics of the region to drive performance and achievement of region-wide targets. You will be the main point of contact for your region to HQ and are able to evangelize the company's priorities and vision to local markets, as well as reflect back to HQ on-the-ground insights of the local markets.

What You'll Do

• Align local market dynamics with company direction, balancing both high level strategic plans and ground-level market focused execution
• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers and Regional Operations Managers to work with HQ and local teams to implement best practices to help scale business operations efficiently and rapidly
• Work with regional leaders to plan city and country launches as well as collaborate with diverse teams across the organization to drive major projects and initiatives toward completion
• Prioritize HQ and local requests and ensure resources are distributed accordingly 
• Track core regional KPIs and make strategic business decisions to drive attainment of these performance metrics
• Identify and implement processes that drive top-line growth, facilitate operational efficiency and manage costs through working with a diverse group from across the organization to hit ambitious company goals

자격 요건 (About You)

지역 운영 책임자로서의 자격 요건에 대해서 언급하고 있습니다.

About You

• B.A/B.S required; MBA preferred
• 7+ years success leading a team of operations, finance, or business professionals, or equivalent role, ideally in a startup or other fast-changing environment
• Excellent communicator capable of motivating a team, working across a large organization, and liaising with external partners as needed
• Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of real-time marketplaces (supply and demand economics)
• Experience solving complex problems, exercising good judgement in decision-making, and navigating ambiguous environment
• Ability to simplify difficult problems into actionable and solvable tasks
• Data-driven by nature, strong attention to detail, and obsessed with process improvement
• Comfortable learning and adapting to new concepts and using new tools
• Self-motivated, energetic and driven individual with the ability to learn new skills and grow with the role
• Excellent communication and management skills
• Prior P&L ownership
• Ability to deal with ambiguity
• Analytical and strategic mindset Consulting/investment banking/tech background 
• Understand the big picture and be able to breakdown to smaller, actionable pieces
