Lime is a smart-mobility provider that offers cities an array of mobility products including Lime-S electric scooters. We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to lead our strategic partnerships across several verticals within the Global Business Development team. In this role, you will work across many teams internally to execute on partnership agreements and will be the point of contact for external partner communication. As one of the founding members of Lime’s BD team, you will be responsible for developing partnership strategy and working with diverse teams to problem solve and build scalability.

- Drive partnership execution in alignment with the terms of the agreement
- Develop project plans, identify workstreams, and ensure all internal teams are on track to deliver on partnership needs
- Own internal communication processes and keep all teams looped in on updates and progress
- Develop new strategies within the partnership terms that align with partnership goals
- Be the advocate internally for partnership needs and resourcing
- Build and maintain a positive, solution-oriented, and productive relationship with the partner
- Manage communications to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Communications, and Product to ensure successful implementation and growth strategy
- Align with Business Development leads for successful ongoing relationships and deal renewals
- Gain expertise in mobility trends, technologies, industry leaders, and competitors; develop proactive strategies to maintain a competitive edge
- Create playbooks, pitch materials, and performance trackers to efficiently scale business
자격 요건 (About You)
글로벌 비즈니스 - 개발파트너쉽 관리자로서의 자격 요건에 대해서 언급하고 있습니다.
- 5+ years of relevant project management, marketing, business development, or partnership experience
- Experience with teams with a track record of growing and scaling the business unit preferred
- Proven record as a project manager with the ability to execute in an evolving, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment
- Ability to build value for all parties and create long-term partnerships
- Strong experience working with in-market Operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Legal, Product, Comms, etc.)
- Expertise in stakeholder management
- Positive and collaborative attitude
- Outstanding problem solver: creative, solution-oriented, adaptable, unflappable
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills; effective at delivering executive-level presentations
- BA/BS degree
