We are looking for an outstanding lawyer to join our fast-growing team as Senior Employment Counsel in EMEA. Based in Lime's Dublin office you'll report to our Dublin-based EMEA Head of Legal. You will advise on and take ownership of a variety of employment and labor law issues at one of the fastest growing startups in history. If you have experience in a fast-paced environment and are looking for an opportunity to be a founding member of the Legal team, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

주요 업무 (What You'll Do)

What You'll Do

• Provide practical legal guidance and support to a variety of diverse teams on a broad range of employment law matters in EMEA and labor law issues affecting Lime's business in this region
• Review, draft and negotiate a variety of employment-related agreements, policies and procedures
•  Advise on data protection requirements relating to employees
• Manage internal disputes and employment litigation
• Monitor and advise on new employment-related developments having a potential impact on the organization
• Ensure that the we are in compliance with all EMEA employment laws and regulations
• Collaborate with outside counsel as needed to address specific legal issues
• Travel to offices within the region to advise on and provide training for different employment issues while being available to provide other legal support as needed
• Collaborate effectively across our organization to resolve complex business and risk management issues
• Anticipate legal issues or risks and build our processes and systems to prevent these issues from occurring

자격 요건 (About You)

시니어 카운셀러로서의 자격 요건에 대해서 언급하고 있습니다.

About You

• 7+ years PQE
• Legal experience in an in-house environment particularly in working with or providing advice in relation to multi-jurisdictional projects
• Overall broad legal knowledge of labor/employment law in EU jurisdictions throughout the EMEA region
• Proactive with the ability to deliver quality work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Provide practical, commercially focused advice to clients
• Strong analytical and strategic skills with the ability to drive issues to a quick resolution that factors in many non-legal variables, such as brand-risk, communications, government relations, finance and other business units
• Ability to manage a diverse and complex workload
• A desire to grow and develop your skills with opportunities outside the core function of employment law
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
• The ability to utilize your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across Lime
• Ability to anticipate legal issues or risks and to build the processes and systems to prevent them from occurring
