We’re looking for someone who wants to build scalable and controlled processes to help establish new processes and automation for our global vehicle accounting function. This role will report to the technical accounting manager and will set policies and procedures to account for the largest scooter fleet in the world. You will be responsible for reviewing fixed asset policies and purchases for proper capitalization, asset management system records and transactions, reconciliations for assigned accounts and assisting in audits and month-end close. This role is based in San Francisco.

What You'll Do
- Be a leader within the organization by working cross-functionally with logistics, supply chain, operations, and tax
- Establish and communicate company policies around procurement, disposal, and reporting
- Prepare fixed asset journal entries, monthly rollforwards and various fixed asset reports and audit schedules. Reconcile asset management rollforwards to the general ledger. Monitor and follow-up on CIP aging
- Reconcile, track and report on all company owned and leased equipment activities
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for various GL accounts
- Analyze monthly variances across GL accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Work closely with the tax team to support efforts related to VAT, property, and other taxes
- Partner with Business Applications team to streamline fixed assets processes and automate
- Continue to seek process improvement and automation initiatives
- Enhance existing processes and controls, including continuous improvement and automation
- Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist external auditors in their inquiries
- Execute special projects and complete other ad hoc assignments as required
자격 요건 (About You)
고정 자산 회계 관리자로서의 자격 요건에 대해서 언급하고 있습니다.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years professional accounting experience
- Supply chain experience -preferably in transportation, manufacturing, or retail
- Experience in a high growth international environment preferred
- NetSuite experience preferred
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, or another large-scale ERP is preferred
- CPA/CA or equivalent a bonus
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Proficiency with financial systems and software required
- Ability to think outside the box to overcome roadblocks and ambiguity
- Ability to read and interpret contracts, lease agreements, and legal documents
- Ability to operate at Limespeed: energetic, passionate and flexible to collaborate with our US and International offices across multiple time zones
- Ability to interact directly with all departments and levels throughout our organization
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask
- Team player, have ability to work independently and willingness to take on challenge
- Ability to perform well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization skills
