We are looking for a Controller to lead and drive our global accounting function and reporting framework in its entirety while we rapidly expand. You’ll report to the CFO and work side-by-side with the Senior Director of FP&A.
We’re looking for a motivated diligent worker who is structured with excellent attention to detail. Flexibility is important, and you are comfortable with ambiguity and ready to roll up your sleeves to see ideas, projects, and new initiatives through to the end. We are a fast-moving and ever-changing environment, so we are looking for someone who can thrive in this.

What You'll Do
- Oversee the worldwide accounting function such as APAC and EMEA and their respective regional controllers that report up to the global Controller
- Own the Lime finance reporting ensuring timely and accurate statutory and management accounts
- Review and analysis of the regional P&Ls, Balance Sheets and cash flows
- Build, train and lead the accounting and reporting team
- Act as a liaison to external auditors and own the responsibility for the Company’s views on technical accounting matters
- Design and create or optimize processes and smart, pragmatic solutions for operational and reporting challenges
- Establish and maintain close and effective relationships with internal and external partners
자격 요건 (About You)

About You
- 10 to 15 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Business Administration
- Big 4 experience and CPA required
- Expert knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS and ability to apply these practically
- Previous experience in a fast-paced start-up, scale-up or multinational environment is highly preferred
- Experience in hardware and inventory accounting
- Pre and post-IPO experience
- Excel wizard, experience with Netsuite and SAP and other cloud-based solutions considered a plus
- Hands-on experience with internal and external audits as well as overall compliance
- Bold yet humble. Navigates and communicates effortlessly in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
- Can easily switch between hands-on operations and strategic thinking
- Ability to operate at Limespeed: energetic, passionate and flexible to collaborate with our US and International offices across multiple time zones
- Result-driven without taking shortcuts: integrity above everything
