As an Engineering Manager, you will attract, build and lead a world-class team of engineers. You will take charge of the end to end product development process for our Operations Platform. The Operations Platform builds tools and products to enable local teams to operate our fleet at scale worldwide. You’ll have the rare chance to build a program and product from the ground up that has an immense impact on Lime’s mission to expand micro-mobility at a large scale.

- Provide strong technical leadership, drive engineering best practices and ensure smooth execution
- Partner with diverse teams from across the organization to identify high-impact opportunities for the Operation Platform
자격 요건 (About You)
엔지니어링 관리자로서의 자격 요건에 대해서 언급하고 있습니다.
- 6+ years of relevant industry experience developing consumer software, including 2+ years technical and people leadership
- Track record of developing high performing teams, experience leading managers preferred
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional leadership
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
