We are looking for a Corporate Communications Manager to play an instrumental role in helping to lead our strategy.  Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Global PR and Corporate Communications, this role will be 50% responsible for supporting the global corporate communications objectives and 50% responsible for developing and implementing the internal communication strategy.  The right candidate will serve as a key resource and counsel to various business groups and leadership teams around employee communication, internal messaging in addition to executing a robust speakers bureau.

주요 업무 (What You'll Do)

기업 커뮤니케이션 관리자로서의 업무에 대해서 언급하고 있습니다.

• Support the global corporate communications team with the execution of strategies and programs that support Lime’s corporate narrative 
• Work with agency partners to ensure objectives and deliverables are being met
• Collaborate with international teams to support local objectives and drive key messages 
• Create and keep strong connections with stakeholders to ensure alignment on internal communications across departments
• Serve as an advisor for key stakeholders and leadership team 
• Develop and own the end-to-end delivery of internal communications initiatives, working with the chief of staff, colleagues and stakeholders to deliver timely, targeted, creative, and effective communications to keep employees informed and engaged
• Write and manage key communications, including core messaging, talking points, internal articles, and emails
• Proactively identify new opportunities and implement new processes that up-level our internal communications program
• Support senior executives with messaging, briefing docs, talking points, slide decks, internal (and sometimes external) presentations to help maintain Lime's voice and key messages across all written and verbal communications  
• Work to improve internal communications processes 
• Track and leverage metrics to measure the effectiveness of communications delivered, and implement improvements to better serve a quickly growing global team

자격 요건 (About You)

기업 커뮤니케이션 관리자로서의 자격 요건에 대해서 언급하고 있습니다.

• 8+ years experience in a leadership communications role and internal communications with experience developing strategies  
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Demonstrated history of building strong relationships with preferred technology, business, and trade media outlets as well as a strong track record of developing corporate narratives 
• Trusted advisor with precise communication skills and ability to provide strategic counsel to the executive leadership team and cross-functional partners in both 1:1 and company-wide settings
• Global experience in a high growth/fast-paced environment
