As the Director, Product Management for the Rider team, you will own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Lime’s consumer experience. The ideal candidate is an innovative, hands-on product leader with a growth mindset who balances product intuition with a data-driven approach and cross functional collaboration. This position will report to the Head of Product.

주요 업무 (What You'll Do)

제품 관리 이사로서의 업무에 대해서 언급하고 있습니다.

What You'll Do:

• Own the core rider experience and optimization strategies ensuring delivery against them
• Own the consumer mobile apps, but just as importantly, optimize about the marketplace service from the eyes of our riders
• Balance the needs of our riders with the constraints of our operations and supply chain
• Oversee development of new features and improvements to existing products or product lines and drive the definition, product roadmap, and development cycles.
• Manage a team of product managers to achieve the company’s growth objectives, while also helping them grow and do their best work
• Partner with other cross-functional leaders throughout the organization to assure a coordinated approach to strategy and execution
• Advocate for the user, both inside and outside the company and maintain a strong grasp of the marketplace and competitive landscape
• Has a strong technical fluency; ability to understand and discuss tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical teams
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; a strong bias towards data-based decision making

자격 요건 (About You)

제품 관리 이사로서의 자격 요건에 대해서 언급하고 있습니다.

About You:

• 8+ years of product management experience with proven track record of defining and launching successful end-to-end consumer web and mobile products in high-growth organizations; at least 4+ years of experience hiring, leading & mentoring a team of high performing product managers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an affinity for explaining product complexity with ease to different stakeholders
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset: enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced, complex startup environment
• Able to organize multiple priorities simultaneously and still consistently meet deadlines
• Strong ability to collaborate with executives and across broad organizations including product operations, engineering, design, research and analytics teams
• Open to occasional travel when needed
• BS degree or significant relevant experience
