We are looking for a full-cycle Senior Recruiter to join our fast-growing team. You'll have the potential to recruit for functions across all EMEA markets. What You'll Do

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define new roles and educate interviewers
• Guide leaders to make transparent, unbiased hiring decisions that result in the growth of diverse, sustainable teams
• Negotiate and closing offers in an empathetic way that produces win-win outcomes
