Our fleet of electric scooters are changing the way people get where they need to go in our communities and we are looking for great folks to wear multiple helmets, completing all tasks related to our fleet operations and maintenance. This role is great for operations professionals who want to broaden and build their career experiences in a highly flexible position.  

 

We are looking for someone hungry for an opportunity to think like an owner and help build a great business in a new market. This role will allow you to work with autonomy, using your creativity and resourcefulness to tackle a unique set of new challenges. While you will be a great communicator and prioritiser, you will be able to analyze trends and make good decisions to support operational outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Assist with scooter deployment and retrieval
• Use smartphone applications to locate and operate on products
• Redistribute products as required
• Help to resolve potential urgent crises for daily infrastructure operations
• Manage stakeholders and work with customers 
• Triage and make minor repairs to e-scooters
• Complete daily and weekly reports

About You

• 21+ years of age
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Access to a garage - to store Van when not working
• Available 40 hours a week including weekends and some evenings
• Highly value-based team player 
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, and lift up to 20kg
• A great attitude and ability to work independently
• A proven analytical and logical thinker
• Great communication and people skills capable of stakeholder management
