Lime is a smart-mobility provider that offers cities an array of mobility products including Lime-E e-assist bicycles and Lime-S electric scooters. Lime aims to revolutionize mobility in cities and campuses by empowering residents with cleaner, more efficient, and affordable transportation options that improve urban sustainability.
We are looking for a data-driven, hands-on, and entrepreneurial individual to join our Swedish Operations team. As an Operations Associate, you will actively support our core business growth in Gothenberg by participating in various supply-related projects. Working directly with the Operations Manager, you will get a front-row seat in one of the most exciting and fast growing startups of 2019.
This role can be based in Stockholm but requires travel to Gothenberg 2-3 days each week.

What You'll Do
- Participate in the supervision of Lime's daily operations
- Define new processes and best practices to drive operational excellence
- Be involved in cost management efforts
- Participate in the hiring, training and supervision of the ground team
- Produce ad-hoc analysis to inform business decisions
About You
- Deep familiarity with the city of Gothenberg and able to anticipate operational challenges Lime may face there
- Able to travel to Gothenberg 2-3 days each week
- Bilingual Swedish/English
- Graduate of an accredited business or engineering school
- Past experience in a startup, investment banking, consulting, or other demanding fields
- Can-do attitude, no task is below you
- Ability to navigate and decode data
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent communication skills
- Natural leadership
- Organised individual who can to work independently with tight deadlines in a multicultural environment
