Lime is a smart-mobility provider that offers cities an array of mobility products including Lime-E e-assist bicycles and Lime-S electric scooters. Lime aims to revolutionize mobility in cities and campuses by empowering residents with cleaner, more efficient, and affordable transportation options that improve urban sustainability.  

 

We are looking for a Sr. Creative Producer will oversee a multidisciplinary team to drive Lime’s storytelling global division across the finish line. You have an exceptional creative eye, are culturally relevant, and posses a vast knowledge of all current trends in photography, video, art, and design. 

 

A member of the Global Brand team, you will be responsible for content development, project budgeting, and map out a strong production strategy. You are equal parts creative, producer and strategist - eager to work in a start-up, fast-paced environment.

 

This is a unique and exciting  role where the ideal candidate will be instrumental in leading and evolving the Brand platform, as well as expanding and experimenting across emerging media, experiential activations,  and all social channels.

주요 업무 (What You'll Do)

시니어 콘텐츠 제작자로서의 업무에 대해서 언급하고 있습니다.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the Head of Content to conceptualize storylines, ideation, and portfolio pieces
• Lead production strategy with the social and content teams to create and manage global content calendars 
• Ability to create budgets from a local and global market perspective
• Project manage multiple shoots, hire/manage freelance teams, and hold production and execution deadlines 
• Knowledge of line production with the ability  to produce on set and in the field 
• Coordinate with the brand team on ideation and execution of proactive content
• Supporting and communicating with LIME’s global teams for production approach and strategy
• Research the latest trends in culture and storytelling to produce a high level of compelling stories to attract a global city-based audience
• Seek out emerging artists, film makers, photographers, designers, etc.  to collaborate with 
• Tapped into the emerging global creative community to develop compelling partnerships

• 7+ years working in media and production industry
• Extensive background and passion for content creation 
• Passionate about city life, culture, people and the lifeblood of what keeps cities moving
• Ability to use the right and left brain equally 
• Commitment to quality work product and organizational integrity 
• Ability to multitask and work in a hectic fast-moving industry 
• Remains calm under pressure 
• Acute attention to detail
• Excellent organization, project management skills with a background in managing well-designed and highly-polished deliverables
• Flexibility with prioritization and goals as roles and responsibilities may shift according to the needs of the business
• Fun, positive, motivated self-starter with a creative spirit
